When the device is on the highest brightness setting, on the constant on mode, the LEDs have the strongest current being applied. That is the high pitched sound/buzz you hear. You may notice on the lower settings or on flash patterns it does not emit that faint sound. As of fall 2020, all devices and colors, including LE models, have the option of the LEDs being constant on, flashing and a scrolling light pattern for both the front and the rear that can be operated independently.

To return your Guardian Angel Device for a refund, fill out the contact form on their website with your order details and return the device with the original packaging and included accessories. Your refund will be processed within 3 business days of receipt.
